Here But Not Here

Absent

I have a quite a few 'go to' brands that never let me down. They aren't necessarily expensive brands, but I stick with them because they do something specific very well. One of those brands is Absence of Colour. I go to this brand primarily for suede.

Their suede products are beautiful. Affordable but really well cut and that I wear time and time again. The shirt in my last outfit post is from the label and is easily one of my favourite things in my closet.

The label is based in London and was established in 2013. The brand describe their aesthetic:

derives inspiration to their Nordic roots with minimalism, and timeless pieces that are the epitome of modern chic.

They primarily focus on a monochrome colour palette, as the name suggests, but for SS16 they have introduced red (yay!) and blue denim. The red leather top and leather trimmed tuxedo jacket are top of my list when those beauties become available but that are so many simple, elegant pieces I'd wear in a heartbeat. I just need it to, you know, stop randomly snowing. It is nearly may afterall!
