Hand it to Candy...

Whenever I see hand jewellery I always think of Queen Michelle.

Unlike my sausage fingers she is blessed with long slender hands that show this kind of thing off to perfection.

These breathtaking creations are the work of the award winning professional make-up artist and costume designer Joyce Spakman.

Based in the Netherlands she works under the name Candy Make Up artist.

I first came across her work on etsy and my mouth actually dropped open when I started looking at her work.

The quality and craftsmanship just shines through, so small wonder that she is booked solid for commissions until February 2021.

All of her work is handmade and painted. Even the stained glass in her corsets below.

Even though I’m not sure where and when you would wear such extravagant creations, I’m sure that Queen Michelle would find a way of wearing it to Tesco and frightening the grannies even more than usual as she reached for the potatoes…
