A LACK OF SUMMER MEANS IT'S TIME FOR LEATHER

I see you guys haven't really been into the outfits lately. I do try to provide you inspiration but I guess it isn't working (sorry!) and it's about to get tougher to inspire you because summer has gone in Scotland. It's barely reaching 15 degrees outside on a day to basis, so summery outfits just aren't going to happen unless it heats up. So I'm back to wrapping up.

Jean Pierre Braganza gave me this dress when I was in London last year and it's been patiently waiting on the right piece to wear with it, which turns out to be these Last Conspiracy boots. I featured these a few weeks ago and ended up buying them to try. It was a risk as they were a size bigger than my usual size, but they're absolutely fine. Clearly they were meant for me. And this dress.

This All Saints jacket is 10 years old and was never as slim fitting as it is now but I actually quite like the way it sits now. This was back when when All Saints was actually good.

I've been posting 'everyday style' outfits on Instagram lately, which are just the more basic outfits I wear when I'm running errands or going to meetings for example. These outfits don't necessarily have anything fancy about them and this one is very much in that category. It's super basic, yes, but I think the key is the silhouette of the jacket and the glorious print on the dress. What else do you need? Plus my haircut is made for this style of outfit more than any other I feel. Don't you agree?
