I've been having a love affair with red PVC and leather since I was a teenager. Right back to when I was 15/16 years old and used to watch a metal music show called the Power Hour back in the 80's, and one of the presenters used to wear a red leather biker jacket. I was obsessed from that day on.

Back in 2010, Black Milk custom made these red PVC trousers, which I still own but don't have a hope in hell of getting back into! I might not be able to squeeze my arse and thighs into those any more, but luckily Isabel Marant has created her latest collection featuring looser red leather trousers.

High-end punk is one of my favourite looks, as it relates to my own youth but with a more grown up presence. Isabel Marant nails that looks every damn time. Of course, it comes with a considerable price tag, but if the Universe gives us a break and sends Prince B a new job, then I can see me investing in a pair of these incredible pointed buckle boots. Because the boots. Oh my goodness, the boots!
